Patios & Flatwork
Flatwork is most of what we pour: patios, walkways, side yards, pads and slabs. It looks simple, but grade and drainage matter. We pour it so water goes where it should and the finish is even. Recent jobs include a broom finish in Williams Ranch, Castaic, a 20-yard pour in Palmdale and flatwork in Pasadena.

FAQ
Can you pour next to my house?
Yes. We slope it away from the house and keep the right clearance to stucco and weep screed.
Do I need a permit for a patio?
Usually not for a simple patio slab, but it depends on the city and what goes on it. We will tell you what we see.
How long does a patio take?
Small patios are often a couple of days. Bigger ones take longer. We give you a schedule with the estimate.
What does it cost?
Every job is different. We come out and measure for a free estimate.
